Browsing the site

The site runs on WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger. Delivering and protecting a website can involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and access times in hosting and security logs.

Information you choose to send

The Contact page uses an email link, not an on-site submission form. If you email us, your email service and our email service process that message. We receive the address, message, and other information you choose to include, and use it to handle your inquiry. Avoid sending sensitive personal or confidential information.

Free-guide requests and optional marketing

When you request a free guide, we collect your email address and record which guide you requested, the status of your request and email sending, and your separate marketing choice. These contact and request records are stored privately within our WordPress website, not as public site content. We use them to manage your request and send the matching guide’s download link. A sent status does not confirm that the email reached your inbox.

You do not have to agree to marketing to receive a requested guide. If you select the separate, optional marketing checkbox, we retain your email address and consent record for future Dynamo Dollar tips, new guides and offers. This feature records that choice but does not send marketing campaigns. You can unsubscribe from marketing; your unsubscribe state is kept, and requesting another guide does not resubscribe you.

Cookies and external services

WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and authenticated site functions. This redesign does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or embedded videos. Existing hosting and site-management services may process technical data needed to provide their functions. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.

Sharing and retention

Hosting and email providers process data to deliver their services. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed for security, legal obligations, or resolving a request. This site does not specify a fixed retention period for all server logs or correspondence.

Your requests

You can ask about personal information you have sent us or request correction or deletion by emailing the address above. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the information involved; some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Changes

This notice will need to reflect any future changes in how the website collects or uses information.
